Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to any paid product or service provided by Kubereum Private Limited (“Kubereum”) to a customer (“you”).
1. Current state
The website at kubereum.com does not accept payments or offer paid services at this time. There is therefore nothing to refund based on activity on this Site alone.
This policy will apply to any future paid product, subscription, professional service, or licence offered by Kubereum, under the terms described below.
2. Software subscriptions (when offered)
Trial periods
Where a free trial is offered, no charges are billed during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have materially failed to deliver the service.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming year. You may request a prorated refund of the unused portion within the first 14 days of the annual term. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Professional services (when offered)
Custom implementation, integration, training, or advisory services will be governed by a separate signed statement of work (“SOW”). Refund eligibility for such services is determined by the SOW. In the absence of specific terms, fees for delivered work are non-refundable; fees for undelivered milestones are refundable on a pro-rata basis.
4. Eligibility for refund
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
- You request the refund in writing within the applicable refund window
- The product or service has not been substantially consumed or used
- The request is not due to a change of mind after extended use
- You have not breached the applicable agreement or our Terms of Use
5. Non-refundable items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- One-time setup, onboarding, or implementation fees once work has commenced
- Custom development or bespoke deliverables already produced
- Third-party fees pass-through (payment-gateway charges, infrastructure costs incurred on your behalf)
- Discounted or promotional purchases unless the discount terms state otherwise
- Renewal fees not cancelled before the renewal date
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your registered company name and GSTIN (if applicable)
- Invoice number and date
- Reason for the request
- Supporting documentation, if any
We acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and decide within 10 business days.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Bank or card processing time is additional and outside our control.
GST already charged is reversed in accordance with applicable tax law and a credit note is issued.
8. Cancellation by Kubereum
We may suspend or cancel access where you breach our Terms of Use, fail to pay due fees, or use our services in a manner that risks harm to us or other customers. In such cases, prepaid fees are forfeit unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate via our Grievance mechanism described in the Privacy Policy or raise the matter with the appropriate consumer forum.
