These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at kubereum.com (the “Site”), operated by Kubereum Private Limited (“Kubereum”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Site or communicate with us in a business capacity.

2. The Site is informational

At present, kubereum.com is an information-only website. Nothing on it constitutes:

• An offer to sell a product or service
• Investment, legal, tax, or financial advice
• A regulatory authorisation, licence, or registration of any kind
• A solicitation in any jurisdiction where such solicitation is unlawful

Any commercial relationship with Kubereum is governed by a separate signed agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, code, graphics, logos, and the “Kubereum” brand, is the property of Kubereum Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission is granted to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate Kubereum, our employees, or affiliated entities

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., GitHub, LinkedIn, independent regulators). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party sites.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kubereum disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kubereum, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages, if any, shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand rupees).

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Kubereum harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
